What to include

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on EchoSim.
• Your contact information (name and email).
• A good faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Submit a takedown notice

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@echosim.ai. A counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
