Account & Data Deletion

A direct, simple guide on how to permanently delete your EchoSim account and purge all associated AI data.

In short: You can delete your EchoSim account at any time in the app via Me page → ⚙️ Settings icon on the top right → Delete Account. If you've already uninstalled, submit the online request form below. Either way, your account, photos, chat replays, and AI vectors are permanently and irreversibly purged within 48 hours.

At EchoSim, we strongly believe in user privacy and absolute data ownership. When you choose to delete your account, your entire digital footprint is completely and irreversibly purged from our systems. This includes your high-dimensional AI clone (your Echo), communication records, matching history, and psychological/linguistic vectors.

Option 1: Delete via the mobile app (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly inside the EchoSim mobile application:

Open the EchoSim app and navigate to your Me page.

Open the ⚙️ Settings icon on the top right.

Scroll down to the very bottom and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion of your account.

Option 2: Request manual deletion online

If you have already uninstalled the app and want us to manually purge your data, please fill out the request form below. We will process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation email.

⚠️ Active Subscriptions & App Store Billing: If you have an active EchoSim subscription purchased via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, **submitting this request online WILL NOT cancel your recurring subscription billing.** You must manually cancel it in your device's subscription settings. To ensure clean termination of both account data and subscription billing, we **strongly recommend** using the in-app deletion flow (**Option 1**) instead of this manual form.
