In short: Coins are EchoSim's in-app tokens that power your Echo's background date simulations. Every user gets a free daily allowance (Daily Expired Coins, spent first and reset every 24 hours); purchased Ordinary Coins never expire and are used only once your daily allowance runs out. Early access registrants get 500 free Coins.

To power background pre-simulations and prevent spam or low-effort match harvesting, EchoSim implements a local token economy powered by Coins.

1. What are Coins used for?

Coins are used to fuel your Echo's AI compute resources for background sandboxed date simulations:

• Initiating Simulations: When you match with another user, running the initial background simulated date consumes a small, standard amount of coins.
• Deeper Scenario Resets: If you want to stress-test compatibility under new conditions (e.g., a simulation exploring financial conflicts or moving in together), you can reset the sandbox with new scenarios by spending coins.
• Advanced Analytics: Unlocking deeper compatibility breakdowns or extended dialogue analyses uses coin triggers.

2. How do I get Coins?

We believe dating shouldn't be a financial grind. You can acquire coins in multiple ways:

• Daily Allowances: Every active EchoSim user receives a set amount of free Coins every single day.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): If you are eager to run dozens of background simulations in a single day, you can buy coin bundles directly through Apple or Google billing.
• Early Access Boost: During our beta and early access phase, all registrants receive a massive starting bundle of 500 free Coins.
